We highly recommend to discover Tenerife through its canyons!

Benjamin your professional guide will accompany you throughout this discovery, he will adapt to your pace, will provide advice to move with more ease and will never force your hand. Not being myself very comfortable in the mountains, I tested this activity and can state that feels safe. Benjamin always comes to the rescue in case of difficulties. Several levels are available, we present the first level.

Benjamin picks you up at 8 am, towards the mountains of Teno (Southwest) of the island. All the equipment will be loaned for the day: combination, canyoning equipment, shoes and even a GoPro camera to capture your memories. You just have to come dressed normally with a swimsuit underneath.

The descent of the canyon take between 3 and 4 hours, the duration depends on you and the number of participants (maximum 8 people). A break in the middle to regain strength and departed for jumps in water, abseiling, water slides, short cultural minutes and a lot of great laughs! Once at, we change and attack the hike back to the car. Magnificent ascent, only between sea and mountain … well you come across can be some biquettes off. The trip will take you between 1:30 ET 2:30. Back in the car, Benjamin will offer you a well-deserved refreshment. Return to your hotel around 16h.

Price includes : Equipment, shoes, camera and transportation.
What you have to bring : 1L of water/pax, cereal bars, swim suit, dry clothes for the walk back (that will be carried in sealed containers).
