Ready to live an experience of a lifetime? You want to discover this extraordinary feeling of not having weight and can stay underwater far longer than you could ever do snorkeling? The first dive allows you to quickly and easily experience these new sensations.

Supervised by a PADI professional instructor who will assist you throughout your first dive, you can explore the wonders of the underwater world with confidence. The first dive lasts more than 45 minutes and can be composed as follows:

• An ocean dive to a maximum depth of 6 meters.
• A pool session followed by a sea dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

Whether at sea or in the pool, you will start your first dive with some simple technical exercises which will be fully explained and for which you will have a demonstration. Safety is our priority, each diver will have an instructor for him only for the duration of first dive. We thus 100% of our experience at your disposal.

The first dive is open to anyone aged at least 10 years. Before beginning your first dive, you will be asked to complete a medical form. If you have a medical history, medical clearance signed by a doctor may be required.

After your first dive, you can dive again for 12 months (always under the supervision of an instructor) without having to redo the technical exercises and at a maximum depth of 12 meters. If you have been conquered by this new adventure, the dive into the sea can count as the first dive of your open-water level, the first level PADI diver.

You just want to immerse yourself and let you wear? No worries, we also offer the classic CMAS baptism from the boat directly into the ocean. We anchor the boat on a plateau about 5m deep and go for adventure underwater! Breathe, your instructor takes care of everything.
